Hi Chris
I used CRAFTCLOUD3D. They are printing and machining service that use lots of companies to do the actual work. Once you upload your model and pick material, you get instant quote for the job. Very easy to use and good prices. The company is based in Munich, but the printing -machining is done in Asia. We pay Tarrifs because of the monkey in office, but in the EU you wouldn't have too. Shipping was via DHL. Even with Tarrif, the prices were reasonable.
