Some very small detail parts but this will allow me to work on the road wheels.

The caps are simply pushed into position with a fairly tight fit.

Wish I could own a StuG III in this scale...I'm a big StuG III fan!

Great build!

Cheers, Morgan

Hi Morgan

I have been wanting one for a long time too. It's nice to do an assault gun for a change(as much as I like turrets!)

Road wheel and return roller. Much happier with the wheels center and hub cap. Also reduced the size of the rim welds.

I didn't have the patience to add the welds to the posts on the road wheel yet and a little Mr Surfacer on the cap is needed. Will do it before final primer and paint.

I can understand your hesitation - that's a lot of wheels! But I like your welds - they are the best looking I have seen. A little smoother than most, which I believe is realistic. I don't know what German war time welds looked like in general, but contemporary welds are much more like yours.
