Hi friends
And now for something completely different. I've always wanted to do this but was busy with bigger projects. Yesterday, I decided to at least start by painting a few with a base coat. I'll try and weather these so the look as real as possible. A new challenge with something different. May use one for an HJ panzergrenadier that will be hitching a ride on the Panzer IV in its final photos.
Also wanted to do a quick comparison of manufacturers and types while I was at it. Can you tell I don't feel like working on the Tiger?
DML Panzerschreck released years ago.
Toy Story Panzerschreck released last year(the one I'll be using)
Base coat with wood handles unpainted
Base coat with wood handles painted
Compared to U.S. Bazooka
I meant to paint one of the Panzerschrecks in German green but I got carried away. LOL
Detailing and weathering next

Hi Gabriel, the one I am using is made by Toy Story. The first panzerschreck photographed and the U.S. bazooka are DML.
Here's the finished piece. Painted this one as a two-color camo and veteran piece of the hard fighting in the battle for Normandy. Hope to make a 12SS figure to go with it.
The only thing I added was the spare lens/cloth in the holder on the back side of the shield.
Merry Christmas everyone
Tim
